The 1 star reviews are unrealistic. I did not expect to have a bad experience, but this was much better than expected. The staff kept me well-informed and was patient throughout the process. I did not buy the vehicle I initially came for but got a good deal none-the-less. My salesman, William, was a gentleman and was very patient and helpful. The Finance manager, Wilton made a good impression as well. Usually finance guys have a tendency to be blunt, but he was direct enough to be concise while maintaining tact. Overall I appreciate the staff and the experience was very good. I would recommend them also for their wide selection of vehicles.

One thing I can say is they're great at what they do!! Samuel was the best he goes in for you and gets the job done without a doubt! If and when anybody goes to major world ask for Samuel he'll get you exactly what you need and check out veronica in the insurance dept. She's a sweet heart! -C.A

Wow... hands down the easiest vehicle transaction of my life... absolutely painless. Omar was outstanding... very straight forward. And Veronica made my insurance experience way better than anticipated. Super impressed!

The service was great. Naz was very helpful and patient, he was very honest when they were issues with the cars. Even though the price wasn't lowered I got a good deal on the mileage. Expect a wait if you go on the weekend. Dante also gave me a good quote with the car insurance. Not a bad place to shop.

This place is usually crazy (especially in the weekends), so be prepared. Once you get over that, you’ll be fine. The staff is nice, and super hard-working. Had a great experience with Gabe, our salesman. He was available to my fiancé and I whenever we had questions, and was patient when we changed our minds about the exact car we wanted (several times). We appreciated his energy and enthusiasm so much!
