Malabar Farm Restaurant

This restaurant is amazing. The food is absolutely delicious every time and they use quality and local ingredients. The music, fresh flowers, and upscale country setting make for a great atmosphere. The only downfall is that the service is sub-par. Sometimes you get a decent server, other times they are not attentive or informed. This is very unfortunate, because this restaurant could be beyond excellent.

Malabar farms is a great farm to table concept restaurant. All kinds of good food, been here twice. The first was definitely better than the second. Food is good, the drink are excellent and staff is normally excellent and knowledgeable.

Over an hour wait for soup...then saw other tables waiting for over 2 hours. Finally dinner came and was VERY disappointed...cold mashed potatoes and a very dry porkchop on top. Ice cinnamon tea was fantastic but would have been better off to eat at the lodge which the menu looked way better and where I ended up getting dessert anyway since fear of another hours wait. Very sad about this experience.

Great place, it is slightly pricey but worth it. I have only ever had one bad experience and it wasn't the food but the waitress and the owner handled it going above and beyond (i mean this in a good way) what she should have done but either way we appreciate how she is concerned about quality of service all around. I really recommend the tiramisu!

This is THE fine dining option in this part of the state. It is a great little find and well worth the (very scenic) drive out. The food is great, local, and seasonal.
