We recently celebrated a combination Birthday / Graduation with dinner at Cooper's Hawk. We were fortunate to be seated at one of Zachary's tables. He is a total professional and made dining a pleasure. The food was excellent from the appetizers through the desserts, the drinks were delicious and everyone enjoyed the entrees. We had a party of 7 ranging in age from 19 to 70 and everyone had a great time. The only reason I am giving you 5 stars is they don't allow 6.

Easily one of my favorite restaurants ever! I love wine and food and this place give you the best of both worlds. I have ate here on multiple occasions even googling other locations to go and have loved it every-time. Love the atmosphere as well! Beautiful!

A nice cozy little restaurant. The food was quite tasty. The staff was friendly and courteous. The service was good. Everything you could ask for in a dining experience. They have a store where you can purchase wine that you may have enjoyed with your dinner.

On June 6th, went to Cooper Hawk at Easton for a wine tasting. Our tasting person was Victoria, she turned out to be one of the rudest workers in the tasting room that I have ever came in contact with. She is a poor representative of company. I am a member and I will never have her wait on me or any of my friends and family , who are also members. She even rolled her eyes at me, right in front of me. I told peaches about it and she told me to tell management because she has them fooled. Well here it is if it ever reaches management. I have always enjoyed going to cooper hawk. But Victoria ruined it for me today.

Service was good, I ordered a sangria drink and for entree the Surf and Turf combo that included Parmesan crusted filet medallions and Soy Ginger Salmon. Everything including the sides was very good. For dessert I ordered cappuccino and creme brulee. Spent $60 for entire meal including tip. Was worth it 👌
