CBC Restaurant

Visited with a group of co-workers at lunchtime. Dining room was busy but service was friendly and expedient, especially considering our group of about 10. The food was tasty and hot. I am sharing pics of some of the items we ordered, including the pub nachos, buffalo chicken wrap, Italian sub and Nervous Pig sandwich. There is outdoor seating and wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.

Brunch is great! I devoured my food and my friends one morning. I think she had the waffle with fruit which was delicious and I had the like farmers type breakfast with eggs and all that good stuff. The food besides brunch is also good but I’d go hear for the brunch menu personally. Went to a party here once too on the patio and it was closed off from the main part just for us which was nice. The service was really great and honestly for all the drinks and food we got the bill was still pretty reasonable. I would recommend this place to someone hosting a 20 or so party for brunch. It’s kinda in a weird dead end street just after the court house but not very hard to find. Just don’t be like my friend and go to the CBC brewing plant or whatever like 10 miles somewhere else.

This restaurant is NOT the Columbus Brewing Company restaurant - though it seems like maybe it was at one point? Uncertain. We sat at the bar and did not get quality service: mostly we just felt like an inconvenience for an overly busy bartender. The staff seemed young and either drunk or hungover and I think they might need more supervision/management. I wish I could review the food but the bartender never took our order. The root beer was pretty good and they do serve one beer on tap from CBC. I wish they would change the name.

Very quiet place the night we went. Good service, but not overly lively. The beer I tried was good.

Went for a Friday business lunch. They were fairly busy, but our waitress was on point and very attentive to our party of 8. They had an issue with the frier and offered some upgraded sides for free to make-up for the issue. Luckily for us, it kicked back on halfway through meal and she brought out 4 baskets of the absolute best garlic fries around. I had a bowl of their Ruben Soup which was incredibly creamy and flavorful. All the dishes around me looked delightful and nobody left disappointed in their meal. Sadly, this was a dry lunch, but the beer is always great.
