Mangiare | Italian Restaurant

This isn't our first time here, but me and my girlfriend have come here very often and everytime has been a very enjoyable experience. Great service, always very pleasant and timely. If they don't have the answer to a question they always are very quick to find someone who does (the cook, etc.). Food always tastes amazing. Hot and fresh and decent wait times for quality of product. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quaint and enjoyable little restaurant.

Mangiare has the best Italian lunch specials. I had a chicken, pasta, and vegetable entre with tomato basil soup and their seasoned Italian bread. Incredibly good and reasonably priced. Dinners offer great variety. I've tried half a dozen different entrees, all delicious! Wine list is impressive.

The food was alright, maybe too predictable. I can't put my finger on anything that set it apart from any other Italian restaurant. I do have to say I would go back there before going to the olive garden. Food came a little slower than I expected but we were a big group so consider that. Place was clean. Food well presented. Service was friendly. Parking on the street. Ambience a bit lacking but mid week.

Terribly disappointing. The eggplant parmigiana was absolutely drenched in grease and uneatable. Reported it to the friendly waitress who apologized and didn’t charge the $16 for the dish. But no apology from the chef, which one might expect from a place like this. For other dishes, the spaghetti sauce tasted like something you’d get at the mall and the ingredients didn’t taste very fresh. I would expect better-quality food for the price. Not coming back.

Not our first time but worth mentioning how good this food is. We shared a valentine dinner for two and each had a different salad and main so got to sample multiple offerings, all fabulous. Highly recommend this place when you're in the mood for good Italian food. Also had nice selection of wines.
