Loved Mango Thai! We spontaneously went to Rochester for an overnight stay on Saturday and stumbled upon this place as we were wondering around downtown. We sat at the bar and the bartender, Taylor (I hope I got that right!), was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was willing to make a specialty version of a Long Island for me and gave us great tips on what to order. He introduced us to the head chef, Chai, and we were able to ask about our food. It's always great to meet the person behind the food.
The Pad Kee Mao was so delicious! We can't say enough about how tasty it was - wanted more the next day! Luckily, we found out there is a location in St. Paul and we're hoping it's as equally good. The glass thin, wide noodles were something I've never had before and literally went to the Asian market to try and find them to no avail.
It was a shareable size if you're looking to not have to carry around leftovers. Food presentation is really pretty as well.
Highly recommend if you're in the Rochester area!

Portions were adequate. Not huge but enough for single portion (not family style). Food tasted good. Wait staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed despite the restaurant not being overly busy.

Good food served with a flare. Variety of options and some spicy dishes. Good vegetarian options and tasty drinks.
This is an upscale place and the table setting are for smaller groups. The soup selection is nice on a cold night. The staff were quite busy on our visit but the waitress was friendly and checked on us several times.

Nice ambiance, not too crowded. The potstickers were relatively tasteless. Tempura shrimp pad thai had undercooked tempura, with wet, doughy tempura underneath excessively greasy outer skin. The pad Thai itself was a tasty tamarind-based sauce, and well-cooked noodles. The eggs in it were rubbery, however, and there were no vegetables except a small amount of onion. The waitress was pleasant, but unengaged, and didn’t think to bring basics like plates and chopsticks with the appetizers.
