My husband is a chef. We were walking around and just trying little bits of food from various places. We stopped at the Ruby Thai Kitchen. The Bang Bang Chicken was bangin'. In all seriousness. It was really good and the service was great.

First of all, this is not Thai food, so don't get it wrong. They do serve some sort of Pad Thai, but that is a special order thing. They whip up a few variations of the standard mall-style Chinese place food.
I had the Bourbon Chicken (they may have called it Thai Chicken) and the Spicy Chicken with a side of vegetables. Both were excellent. The Spicy Chicken is full of flavor. The vegetables are not heavily cooked and still have a lot of crunch to them, which some people may not like. The portions are large and if you avoid the fried dishes, this is a very healthy spot for a quick bite.

Best soup in the area - the spicy beef noodle soup! It is my #1 go-to there. Sooooo good!!

BAD BAD BAD.
you might hear a man yelling "good good good!" Over and over near this shop. Don't go here!!
They handed us a sample of the mango chicken, not bad! Plus we were starving so we bought 2 combos with Pad Thai and fried rice. DISGUSTING AND FLAVORLESS.
Can something taste bad and be flavorless at the same time? If so, this place nailed it.
Do not get anything but the free sample of mango chicken here. Go around the corner and try another Asian place.

Always busy but the queue seems to move fast. Compared to other food court asian-inspired fast food places this is pretty good.
I had the mango chicken and the chicken was tender not too sweet, the fried rice wasn't to salty. If I had to eat at the Mall of America Food Court again, I would eat here.
