Mark Allen Auto Repair

Definitely will be a return customer! I'd recently moved to the area & didn't know a good, reputable auto repair shop. I'd taken my vehicle somewhere else prior for transmission, the customer service, cost & length of time they had my car was, in my opinion, was definitely not one that made an impression on me. My car started acting up again & I didn't want to take it back to where I'd gone prior. Mark Allen Auto Repair was highly recommended by my boyfriend who has used Mark Allen in the past. Everyone was very friendly, reasonably priced & had my car fixed that same day. Awesome auto repair shop!!

I found Mark Allen Auto Repair Shop after doing a Google search of repair shops in my area. I am very glad that I did: I took my car to them the next morning around 8:30am. Allen was very nice to me; I was very upset thinking that my car was done for but a mechanic looked at it after a few minutes wait and I was told exactly what was wrong with it (broken right axle). My car was fixed and ready to drive again by 10:00am. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was excellent. I was considered a “walk-in” so I was very impressed by how fast they repaired my car. Everyone spoke kindly to me the whole visit. I have never visited an auto shop and felt the hospitality or assurance that Mark Allen’s shop gave me! Literally the best auto shop I’ve ever done business with!!

We used to this location to have a new engine put in our company van and are very happy with the outcome. They stand by their work and are knowledgeable and professional. I came back the other day for simple oil change and they had it done extremely quickly.
