Always great service, staff and Doctors. Been going here for over 25 years, my RN Rosie is my GP and she's great. No complaints and easy to book an appointment. Contracted Lymes a few years ago and Rosie bent over backwards to figure out what was wrong with me, as Lymes can be hard to diagnose and treat. Highly recommend.

Least helpful and most rude office staff I've ever encountered. Need to ask a quick question? Leave multiple messages, light a candle, and say a prayer that they'll call you back. Docs are so good, but staff is so poor that I'll be going elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble.

Beware of this clinic, the providers order lab test that you don't need and the insurance won't cover, which you will have to pay in the end. They did it to me and my relative. The staff are rude and doesn't answer the phones. I'll be calling and the line will be placed on hold or will just kept ringing. The staff doesn't seem to be happy and they reflect it on the way they interact with the patients. There's always a long wait to be called in. I'm not coming back to this clinic again.

Never had an issue. My parents go here, I do and my 4 year old has as well. Li have never had any issues. Kind and courteous staff. Reading some of the comments makes me wonder what people think about. If you keep rescheduling your appointments and wasting appointment space why do you think they would want to keep you as a patient? What about the person who could have used the space that you held up. Lol people only ever want to complain about others when it's them.

We've been going to Dr. Bringman since before they we're MPCP. She is the best. She always remembers. She was the first line in my husband's Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis in 2092 and the last line with Hospice. And a great part, she gives each patient her full attention and the time they need .... and she rarely runs late!
