This place thinks they are too good to treat people correctly.

the new location stinks. I hate going anywhere near the Annapolis mall. traffic is always horrible. I wait once to get checked in, wait again to be called back, and wait again in the back room to be seen by the doctor. Oh, and I wait again to be checked out when I leave. wait times on the phone are longer than ever before since they moved to the new office. I dread even having to call to ask a question or make an appointment. would be nice to be able to email the doctor via the website. overall the staff do a good job. dr riebman is great although sometimes I feel like he don't spend much time with me when he sees me. And he's off every Friday so I cant make Friday appointments. one of my meds they won't do electronically so I have to pick it up in person. not easy to do when I work til 5pm and their closed by then. they won't mail it to me either. lots of good things about this office but a few things id like to see improved. Ive gone to MPCP a long time, over 20 years

They are never on time ...... I can never understand why you need to schedule an appt. it always a 30-45 minute wait just in the waiting room not to mention waiting in the room for another 15-20 minutes .... I.once or twice but all the time??? Go to a CVS or Aftercare as you will be seen quicker and will not have to leave work early to sit and wait for the doctor to look you over in 5 mins then push you out as you are inconveniencing them. No customer service any more

Really bad customer service. The average wait to speak with someone on the phone is about 8 -20 mins. Then they say well maybe our practice is to busy for you.

Staff is very friendly and professional. The office is clean. I scheduled with Dr. Jett, who is amazing. The lab tech is my only complaint, who I'm sure Dr. Jett has no control over, being in a large practice. The lab tech was short with me, no bedside manner or patient care skills. The nurses and medical assistants are all very nice. If you need blood drawn, I would suggest another office. If you need a family practitioner, I would highly recommend Dr. Jett.
