It was the worst massage I've ever got false advertised paid for deep tissue with sented organic oils got a soft massage with Icy hot ridiculous

No stranger to massages for holistic health, going for past few years to various businesses in the North Shore/Boston area. Just moved to Saugus not long ago. Went to Massage Envy Saugus location on a "new client" intro special. Honestly, I forget how much it was, but it wasn't that much of a deal and/or just not worth it when I saw my credit card statement the next month, because the experience wasn't good at all. I wanted a 90 minute massage. I was willing to pay for the full price of a 90 minute massage. Instead I was told that nobody was available for a 90 minute massage for an entire week of openings? I think it is a ploy to lure new clients forcing them into the new client intro special? It was a very sales-pitch atmospheric experience. Once I finally got into the see the therapist they/he asked what part of the body needed the most work, and like others commented, he least focused on those areas. Oh, and the 55 minute massage that they advertise for new clients ends up really being 45 minutes ... they count 5 minutes to put your clothes back on in the hour long massage? That is weak. Sorry. It should be a full 55 minutes. I will NEVER go back here.

I have had a membership at massage envy for the past year, I have had some good massages there and some not so good. It was rather hit or miss at the beginning. When I found 1 I liked, she left the business shortly after, a couple times I went to other locations as there was no availability, but was disappointed , I finally found a massage therapist ion Saugus that really was very good and that is why I am still a member. If at first you don't succeed, try again. Hopefully the next year will be more consistent.
