Super Highly recommended bike rental $20 for 4 hours this is a deal all other places charge $40-80 for similar time of rental we rode our bikes from the location to Washington bridge and into Central Park in the time of 4 hours. You must visit this place for your bike rental you can beat the deals.

I hesitated to write this since this was a local bike shop and the price for the tuneup was reasonable $100 for a deluxe, but the tuneup job was not done well and the prices for the parts were ridiculous. For the tuneup, I got it back with grime still stuck in the jockey wheel that I had to scrape off myself with a floss pick. As for the parts, I paid for only a replacement chain and a wheel, without labor since that was counted as part of the tuneup; the chain was $30 when the exact same one was $10 at REI and the wheel was $50 but only $30 from Specialized directly. 3x and 1.7x inflated! They also wanted to replace the brake pads but they were still doing well and still well 2 months later To make things worse, about a month later, I had to take the bike into a different shop, REI's this time, to have the front derailleur adjusted when it should have been taken care of during the tuneup. There was no breaking in of cables since nothing was replaced and riding was normal city use. Pics below are from right after the tuneup

I was so pleased with the service that I received! I felt like I never have much time for myself and wanted to do something I enjoyed. When I arrived, my bike and helmet was ready to go! I enjoyed my ride lots, discovered a new park nearby and took in the beautiful scenery. I really appreciate this bike shop and the Owner. Thank you so much!

They truly are masters with bikes. They treat my 45-year-old bike as though it was their own. Once I saw someone bring in little more than a frame after a crash, and they looked at it and said, "Let's see what we can do." They've been amazingly creative during the supply chain problems. Prices are great. They're speedy. And your bike is certain to be better when you leave than when you came in.

This is a long overdue review. This is my preferred and trusted bike store! The staff and owner are super friendly, transparent and experts at what they do. They are fast and reliable. I’ve been taking my bike here for 2 years for general maintenance and service and I can’t imagine that I would go anywhere else.

During this crisis my daughter and I were looking to purchase bikes for exercise and transportation. I emailed Master Bike, describing what we were looking for and they said to come on over and they would have the perfect fit. Within 15 minutes we had 2 awesome bikes with baskets and bells and of course helmets. The price was beyond great and they were super nice. If you need a bike this is the place to go!!! They also rent bikes. When I have visitors in town I always send them to Master Bike for quality bike rentals. Plus, they are close to Riverside Park if you are looking for a place to ride! Wonderful shop with an excellent selection of high quality bikes. The staff was welcoming, knowledgable, and very helpful. I recently purchased a stunning Specialized Tarmac disc and could not be more satisfied with the purchase. Thank you Master bike shop!!!

This place is my neighborhood bike store! I bought my bike here merely because it’s close to my apartment. I’m so glad that I found this place as I feel they’re now family. Whenever there’s something wrong with my bike something just feels off I go there, drop my bike, and it will be ready for me to ride again in a few hours! no extra cost because I bought the bike here. I recently bump into one of the posts on the Greenway, and as soon as I was close to home, I went to the store, shared what happened, dropped my bike, and in a couple of hours, my bike is ready to be ridden again. The owner and all his staff are super friendly and very accommodating… I just love this place!

Not sure about this place this place is a ripped off they charge me $75for a inner tube for my electric bike in any other place even on top of the line bicycle shop don't charge as much I won't be sending anyone there

Absolutely amazing service! Fast, efficient, and reliable are all ways to describe the work done at Master Bike Shop. I recently had a few things done to lighten up my Cervélo, and JC the mechanic was able to handle everything with ease. 10/10 service would recommend to any cyclist.
