Mattress Warehouse of Knightdale

Last night my mother and I went to purchase a mattress for mother’s new home. We were greeted as soon as we came in, by a gem named Mr. Jim. We connected quickly over shared past experiences of family, shopping, and life. Furthermore, Mr. Jim assisted my mother in finding the perfect mattress. Mattress shopping can be daunting and expensive, but Mr. Jim helped us to make a confident and informed decision. I will forever be grateful for his wisdom and patience during our time at the store. Jim assisted me throughout the process and answered all my questions. Very personable and kind. Delivery was done in a timely fashion considering it was purchased in between Christmas and the New Year. Team that delivered my set was on time and courteous. All around good experience.

Sales person was extremely friendly but also genuine. The delivery workers were very considerate and arrived during the time they said they would. They provided me with a tracking number so I could see where the delivery men were at and how close they were to my order. The bed I purchased was a great price! Very happy overall!
