Public Tire Warehouse

Great place to buy tires. When I went for the first time, I was a little uneasy about the way the shop looked. After all, it is an old tobacco warehouse. Within minutes, I was really glad that I stopped in. The staff was terrific and the owner was the nicest ever! Got a nice set of Michelins for a really good price. Won't buy tires anywhere else. They're moving to a new location in Wilson, and we will follow!

Everyone seemed pretty friendly and service was fast but not sloppy. Now the reason I gave it four stars.. please don't assume everyone has been there before. I hadn't and didn't know where to go. Please communicate where to leave vehicles and where the office is for waiting. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

My wife had a flat around 5:30 right when it was time for them to close. I called and asked how much the tires were and explained the situation. I planned to leave the car there and ask if I could slip a key under the door or somewhere they could get to it. They were kind enough to stay there and wait for me to get the spare on even though I was coming all the way from elm city. Very nice ppl and best price around. When i worked at fireztone i got 35% off. There prices were cheaper then with my with discount and the tires were better and guaranteed for 10,000 more miles. Can't say nothing but the best. I understand when it's time to punch out and go home your ready to relax and enjoy the rest of your day. They stayed and waited and put my wife's car safe and in there storage building without me having to ask. The best ppl to deal with and prices all around.

Drive inside this old "tobacco" warehouse for great discount tires and general garage service. Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. They do Free tire rotation and yearly required NC Auto Inspections.
