I was picking up plywood. It obviously had gotten wet at some time. I told the shipping manager to note it on the BOL, he refused. He said he would be responsible for any damages, I said that is exactly why you're noting that on the BOL. I told him I'm not going to be the blame for a wet load. I stood my ground and ultimately he told the forklift driver to reload my truck with better looking wood.
