Been a customer for years to replace watch batteries and just today went for a small favor of closing my watch back cover and the owner wanted to charge me 8 bucks to do that when he charges 12 to replace batteries, it didn't make sense to me so for now on I'm taking my business elsewhere, thanks for years of service but for this no more. Went down to his competitor down the street to "Arts jewelry repair" and art didn't charge me anything and plus I learned he only charges $6.00 to replace the batteries.

My wife brought in her grandmothers rings to be resized so that she could wear them versus keeping them in a safe. He took such care and made them fit beautifully. Now they can be passed to our girls to keep the tradition going!
Also, I had purchased her a charm bracelet with leather that kept breaking, he was able to put the charms beautifully on another chain bracelet she had!  Thank you so much!  We are very pleased!
