He fixed a very expensive ring of mine while I waited.  Did a great job.

Brought an old watch in needing a new battery and a new band.  Got both (very cheap band) for $20 which seemed fair to me.  I have returned twice to get the band fixed - apparently he used too small of a pin to hold the band onto the watch so TWICE it came apart.  I am writing this review now because for the third time, the band came off the watch!!!  I will not go back again to him since he is either incompetent or too uncaring to do the job properly.
