Appointments are recommended. I unfortunately didn't know this ahead of time, but Miguel stayed a bit later than when he was going to leave in order to adjust the metal clasp on my watch. Excellent service and very friendly.

I needed the pins replaced in my clasp. Miguel asked great questions to get to the bottom of the issue. He was up front and honest about what I needed. He finished the work within 24 hours and even cleaned my watch without my request. Very thorough job.

Called to check how much they would charge me to add a link to my watch the gentleman replied 35 to $50 ridiculous high prices called the mall gentleman told me they will charge me 5 to $10 wonder why they have no business.. any repairs for Jewelry watches rather you just drive 5 minutes towards the mall and then go here....
