Woman on the phone refused to give me a price on the phone for an appraisal (which I was willing to pay whatever). She was very short with me and told me to come in so she could “see the ring” and would tell me then. I went in 30 minutes later and the same woman (very distinct voice) said oh we don’t do appraisals unless you are wanting to sell. I said I wasn’t sure about selling and she told me my (now appraised) $300 ring was worth $8 and was pretty much waiting for me to sell it to her. I asked if she she could at least identify the stones (since I drove all the way there) and she said... “well these are diamonds and this other is ummm a pink stone.” Ummm no s*** lady, my two year could tell me that. Don’t waist your time here. Go to Lufkin Jewelry on the Square... ask for Will and he’ll take care you!

Fantastic place to go for any work you need done on your jewelry. We will definitely be visiting their new location if we ever need a fix or just want to look for new jewelry!

We have been waiting on our grandfather clock for OVER A YEAR now. When I've called to ask about it, they just said they're working on it. Overpriced, no customer service to speak of. 0 stars out of 5.
