Disgusting experience! Would not recommend to anyone! I went in to get my ENGAGEMENT RING resized and they did the worst job ever! The manager there was extremely rude when i was unhappy and did not want to give me details about the owner for me to speak with or contact. If you want horrible customer service then come here. They don’t care about the customer!

You drive there on a Saturday and though open the jeweler is not there. Can’t even get an estimate. Not what I would term a professional way to operate what is described as a watch repair store. If Saturday is not the biggest day for a retail store I don’t know what would be.

They are the best jewelry repair store, and always reasonable.  I have been going g there for over 20+ years.
