Russell Korman Fine Jewelry, Diamonds & Watches

I've have always wanted a Rolex Milgauss since I was alittle kid, but now as an adult I was never able to pull the trigger on one. (Mainly because other stores were too pushing and fighting for commission.) I have been in this store several times and have bought other fine jewelry from them but never a Rolex. Their staff has always been top notch including the fine Officers working there who are always friendly. The other day I went in and Brooke was their helping me, we started talking and she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable and genuinely great to deal with. So much so that I walked out of the store with a Z-Blue Milgauss. It was an amazing experience literally from the owner and management all the way down, no pressure and great atmosphere. Russell, Hank, and Brooke, you have a customer for life. Thank you very much.

I lost a diamond in my ring, and Kelly and Vivienne took the best care of my ring and calmed my nerves. The jeweler there is incredible and took incredible care of my family heirloom.
