I have had nothing but great experiences here, and all of the employees are professional and friendly. Even the security staff is helpful when there is no one else up front. The prices are very responsible and the service is fast for any watch repairs. This place is at a convenient location in north central Austin.

Paid for a grill took over 2 weeks for them to do. Every other jewelry store said they could get it done faster plus I came from out of town for them to do it. There is no urgency in there work plus the grills are overpriced I never heard of 300 dollars plus tax for 6 solid 10k gold teeth. #Lesson Learned

Went in and got a great deal on a nice piece of jewelry. Went back for some customization for the piece that I got and came out great. I will definitely be coming back.

Went to buy a specific type of chain from a large retailer in the domain could order it but it would take over a month. TJ had it over nighted and in a bigger size for a better price.

Very professional and nice employees at this establishment. TJ. Is very nice individual and he will make a way outta no way. Everyone needs to go and check out TJ's jewelry. The best in Austin tx.
