Had a pin replaced for my watch clasp. Paid $25 cash- got no receipt and pin fell out when unclasping because it was too small. I’m pretty upset that they returned my watch to me knowing they did shotty work. The pin was loose and undersized upon returning it to me, but I assumed they knew what they were doing. Won’t be coming back here.

I have been going to Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs for over 15 years. I purchased my initial battery for my Boluva watch. It has a LIFETIME warranty. I have never paid for a battery in over 10 years. I plan on taking my tennis bracelet to have the clasp fixed. I am sure they will do a great job as always.

Fast, friendly and correct. They even set the time on my chronograph!

I brought a ring to Stephen and Morgen did a great job, gave reasonable price, and made sure i was satisfied. I would reccomend this place and ask for Max.
