I've been to this jeweler twice. Both times were a good experience. Not only did they repair my jewelry, but I learned a few things from them as well. I can tell they care about their customers here. And a bonus.. it smells amazing inside! I recommend buying the strawberry candle for your home. And using their professional services too, of course.
