They did a fantastic job!. We appreciate their professionalism and ability to get the job done quickly! It was nice to get such a fast response. Other places we had called were booked out a ways MaxCare got the job done immediately ☺️

We had just bought a home and the previous owners had already had the carpets cleaned.  They were still horrible looking and we were considering replacing them. My brother-in-law recommended we call Rob Decker.  So, I did.  I was able to face-time him and show him the carpets.  He sent a guy out 2 days later who came and cleaned them.  He gave us a 50% discount because he was unable to get them to his satisfaction.  I came home expecting them to look the same since they had already been cleaned by someone else and they gave us a discount too.  I was pleasantly surprised.  While all stains didn't come out, they were much, much better and more than I ever expected out of those carpets.  Plus, being on time and polite is something you rarely get but these folks were both.

Dealing with MaxCare was very easy, and convenient. They showed up early, and we walked through my apartment to locate any stains on the carpet. They were able to get every stain out with no problem, and the tech they sent out was very professional and courteous. I really couldn't ask for a better experience.

I love the way you can do everything online and it was so easy! I scheduled when the cleaning could be done and they texted me almost immediately confirming everything. Their service is awesome. They are so friendly and the carpets looked amazing! Will always recommend and use MaxCare from now on!
