Our rugs look amazing & were gone not even a week. Rich is an excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with. The people who picked up & dropped off were friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again!

They left our carpets looking brand new. The dry time was not bad and I think was dry even before he said it would be. Our traffic area is no longer visible and our home smells refreshed, just in time for my holiday party! Thank you Precise and thank you Josh for all your service! I will be using you and recommending you to everyone I know.
