Sam’s has recently cleaned 4 carpets in our rental properties which we had for sale.  Buyers were complying about the carpets and ten Sams came - we sold those properties fast with no complaints - the carpets were amazing!

DO NOT use this company if you value your time.  They were over 2 hours late.  To make matters worse, there was no phone call and no apology.  The rather cocky young technician just said, “Yeah, it happens that way.’

My family has  A LOT of properties.  Sams always shows up when they say they will.  They will always come back if you need a spot re-treated or something.  Heck, one time, they offered to give me my money back when I just decided to get new carpet.  I knew the carpet was probably too far gone, but Sams wanted to take a whack at it.  It was close, but I had all but decided to get new carpet before I had them clean it. There really is no comparable place in the metro area.  I have done it myself and tried lots of alternatives since around 1990.  I have been happy with Sams for 10+ years now.  Thank you for working with me Sams!

Carpets were cleaned by Don..soaking wet afterwards didn't even feel like he sucked any water back up. Also laughed at me when I asked him to clean my rug (that was already on the ground over my regular carpet). He was just in a rush to do his job and leave. Pretty much the most rude unpleasent person period. Called and reported him but they didnt seem to care either.
