Very professional workers that are very customer service oriented.  The technician arrived and did a walk through with me.  He was very knowledgeable and quite friendly.  I initially called True Clean to come and clean up a mess my puppy had made.  I, honestly, thought that my carpets would be stained permanently with how messy they were.  I was very pleased to see that the technician was not only able to remove the stains but it left my carpets bright and clearly cleaner than before. On top of that the carpets were dry within a couple hours.   I was very satisfied with my experience from start to finish and would highly recommend this company!

Jake was super helpful and fast completing our 3100 sqft house last week. He was professional and made sure which rooms he needed to clean. He inspected the carpets before hand to pre-treat any stains. When he was done, I was able to inspect the carpets with him. He was very personable and I would totally have him back to clean the carpets again!
