Worst company to rent from! Not only did they not clean or repaint my apartment before move-in, but we arrived to find it damaged and disgusting with a "cleaning crew" using our vegetable drawer as a mop bucket. There was damage from the previous tenants that was never fixed broken mirrors, windows, doors, holes in the wall, water coming in from the windows, and cockroaches coming through the cracks in the tile. The maintenance staff will never notify you if they're coming, will walk in on you, and use your toilets without flushing. Unless, they're Frank, he's the only good one! To make matters worse, they'll take money away from your security deposit for having to repaint, even though it was NEVER painted to begin with.

Professional service great prices and the apartments are in much better condition than others I have seen

Terrible company. I have not lived in any apartments through this company since 2020 and they still continue to find new false charges to send me to this day. They do not care about well being of the tenet unless it is Frank.

Maze has wonderful apartments and everyone in management is informative and clear cut. My apartment on 1951 Gratz st. was the best apartment experience i have ever had. Just an amazing company. Thanks Maze Group!

Very Poor management. We had water damage that was not repaired properly ending in a black mold problem in a brand new building. Have been getting the runaround and being lied to regarding the return of the security deposit. Do NOT deal with this company.
