Story

New Age Realty Group Inc. is a full service, family oriented Real Estate brokerage specializing in leasing, property management and investment property sales. We are located on the Northern edge of Drexel University’s Main Campus, in the quaint neighborhood known as Powelton Village.

We have been serving clients in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area since 1986. New Age Realty Group currently has leasing and/or management responsibilities for several hundred units consisting of both commercial and residential properties throughout the many neighborhoods of Philadelphia. New Age Realty is a licensed real estate broker (corporation) in Pennsylvania.

Our staff offers professional and proactive management and leasing services. New Age Realty employs individuals who are knowledgeable in leasing, sales, collections, bookkeeping, repairs, city code and procedure, administration, tenant/owner relations and contractor supervision.

In addition to management and leasing duties, New Age Realty is involved in the brokerage of investment-type real estate; more commonly with multi-family residential real estate.
