True professionals. We've heard so many nightmare stories about military moves and this was the exact opposite . Packers : Amy, Carla, Nicole ("The girls") and movers Bryant, Vincent and James were such an awesome group. Fun, conversational and expeditious workers. We can only hope that our moves start this well in the future .

UPDATE** My delivery was delivered and the gentlemen who delivered it were great! They were on time, professional and nice to work with, especially Larry. I'm pleased this situation was resolved and ended on a positive note. I'm currently having a VERY NEGATIVE experience with this company regarding a delivery. They didn't have all the items to be delivered and said they could only deliver the entire order. They are now refusing to redeliver until late next week. It was their mistake and I had to pay someone to meet the delivery truck yesterday! I hope this company changes their attitude and that I am able to come back and change my review.!! #terriblecustomerservice #makeyourmistakesright #ijustwantmyfurniture

We moved all our household goods using McConnell Brothers from Mississippi to Alabama, and we were very pleased from beginning to end. Bob came out and gave us a fixed-price estimate, along with suggestions to make the move as smooth as possible. Martha kept us informed of the moving date and times the truck would show up. John, the driver and main guy in charge of the move, did an outstanding job in packing and moving us out of our house in Mississippi and into our home in Alabama. They arrived on time and completed the move-in as promised. We highly recommend McConnell Brothers.

Mcconnell Brothers moved antique furniture and family heirlooms, including a set of dishes from Starkville, MS to Tacoma, WA. They did a wonderful job in all respects. They efficiently packed and moved the furniture into the truck in about 3 hours. They kept me informed of the location and progress of the truck in transit. They notified me when the movers were to arrive at my daughter's home. Upon arrival at my daughter's home. The movers unpacked the furniture and placed it where she wanted it. Everything arrived intact. Very professional company. I very much appreciated the work they did.

We have moved 7 times and this was the worst move we have ever had. This move was from Mississippi to Texas. Absolutely no communication between our estimator and moving folks. They did not send out enough people to move our household goods. I had to call and request additional workers. The driver in charge of the move was rude and totally indifferent to any of our input and concerns. He was more interested in what I was going to buy for lunch and the amount of his tip. They even tried to pull the moving truck (I am talking tractor trailer rig) in our driveway, luckily I was outside and stopped them as we had no rebar in the driveway only wire mesh. We had more damage in this move than in the previous 6 moves. Do yourself a favor and choose another mover.
