Did you know that you could add lettuce, tomatoes, extra cheese, pickles and extra tarter sauce on your fish? Yep sure can through the ddash app. They got everything right on my sandwich, it was delivered hot.
The quality of food is never great. It's definitely hit or miss. They are usually packed in the drive thru and it will take around 10-15 minutes to get through. There is a very nice worker who works in the first window that is always kind.Food: 4/5
Nice people. But my food is never prepared right. Don't ask for a hamburger with mustard and bacon only. They can't do it. Ever. Lines are too long to go back around every time. I stopped going. Even through Doordash they can't get it right. Burger King almost always gets it right. I'd rather have their burgers anyway. They are just more off the beaten path. Worth it.
Time of order 756pm. Date 03132021. Location 10747 e us 36 Avon indiana.46123. Order number 26. Ticket number 1326. If you follow my reviews you know your gonna get everything straight. I play no games. Drive thru double line not backed up to the road yet but starting back side of store both sides full. Lots of cars behind me. My original order was number 3 med with sprite double quarter pounder meal med with sprite 3 mcchickens. Finally got to window one and paid. Had no clue they only rang up 2 chickens and a number 3. Second window i was handed a med sprite no greetings and told pull forwards we will bring it out to you. Remind you a car before as well was told to pull forwards. Vairly any room for us both and i almost got hit from car behind me because they hardly could get out yet they was given a huge order. A young lady brought out a bag handed it to the first car they people said something she shrugged walked back in. I waited until 810 i called and told them i was still waiting and 8 other cars left behind me. The manager had no clue i was even waiting, asked the girl where is the bag she gave her to give to me. Let me know i shouldnt had even been parked and my food was given to a driver that wasn't supposed to be parked yet i watched the girl point them to park like she did me. I had to wait for the order to be cooked again she told me and no refund was offered. Only oh im sorry we will get it to you. A young man brought it to me 5 min later and i pulled away. It wasnt til i got to the light i seen the fries were old and grease covered and cold And the burger was raw as my child puked it up from gagging on the raw texture. I called and the manager same lady said oh im sorry we havent had any problems til now when you told us can i make another meal for you. No you cant make me another meal thats 3 strikes. But she did offer me the number to merlyn of which i did call and am now awaiting a call back to see how this goes. I will update as i am approached by this. Very disappointed right now and i have a child i now need to watch for food poisoning.
Check picture. I was one of five cars being served so it wasn't busy, whatsoever. Plenty of staff too. This is lazy, annoying and kinda ruins the experience. Thank you random chef on the line for the 5 seconds you didn't spend aiming a damn bottle of ketchup. Bet it saved you soooo much trouble. Also, a large fry was forgotten in the bag- luckily I caught it before leaving. I ordered two cheeseburgers, both special and different one mayo only, one ketchup only and neither were marked. Just in general, a stupid bad trip for no reason. The gentleman working the second window was nice though. I visited around 5:15pm on Friday 1/21/22.
My students say this restaurant is so good. It has great French fries and cheeseburgers.
Trash they gave me fries that wasn’t fully cooked and bad customer service
I come to this Mc Donald’s often and everyone is usually very lovely. However, just now, it was 10:58 am, and I thought it was lunch time already, I went to the drive thru to grab my son a Happy Meal. The person working the drive thru barked at me what I wanted, I turned around to ask my son if he wanted pancakes because the menu was still on breakfast and she barked at me again , I said give me just a sec. She said “I don’t have a second, I have two minutes to give all these other people that are in line their breakfast”. Ummm excuse me? That was so incredibly rude and she caught me off guard. I just said thanks anyway and drove off. I just can’t believe how rude she was. I just wanted to ask my kid if he wanted pancakes
The breakfast options are as expected, the outside of the facility in well kept, but the black lady at the drive thru in the morning needs to be reassigned. I pulled up to the speaker and she was already talking. I waited patiently, but heard multiple orders, several conversations, and finally said, "excuse me, I can only hear other orders", she said, "I asked you for your order and you said nothing, so I went about doing my thing", I said, "you must have said something before I arrived at the window", and I began to tell her my short order, but she started talking over me, raising her voice, and being argumentative, so I pulled through the drive through and went to Chick-fil-A. I work across the street and only visit in the mornings, so perhaps the rest of the staff is great, but she's always nasty and rude. There are 5 other breakfast/coffee options in the same plaza, they will be getting my business.
Absolutely disgusting. Avoid this building if you prefer cooked food. Employee in drive thru became vocally irritated throughout taking my order 1 item 2 beverages. Under cooked my burger on purpose. I called the establishment and kindly informed the manager that I understood that things happen and described my situation. "I'm sorry to hear that. Is there anything else I can help you with?" was her exact response. Seemed a little underwhelming and extremely inconsiderate. I've included the photos of the burger itself as well as the box & label. Hope this helps. Avoid this building if you prefer cooked food. Date of incident: 08/04/2020 8:22 PM
