Taniyah, the manager is awesome. She is very polite and works very hard. She treats everyone with respect even when under pressure. She’s an asset to that establishment.

Horrible I order the two breakfast sliders one sausage and the other one bacon. Sad to say I only got bread and cheese on those sliders. no sausage or bacon. I wish could have returned it but it was through doordash. I’m disabled now due to a horrible car accident. No care to return their breads. Lol the chicken fingers were good however

Stopped by here on a Saturday around lunch to pick up my online order. Should have been ready 5 minutes before I arrived. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for them to prepare my online order. The guys working behind the counter were more worried about themselves than the customers in the drive through or lobby. To top things off, they were coke of Coca-Cola!

It was so hot inside. I was going to dine-in, but couldn't bear the blast furnace in the dining area. Had to finally step outside to finish waiting for my food as it was impossible to wait inside without sweating through your clothes. Other than that, it was white castle.

I don't necessarily eat here often, but when I do the food is normally great at this location. They do lack in customer service. I will say thank you and they will ignore me until the food is given to me. They are newly renovated which is nice.Food: 5/5

I've never had any problems with white castle in avon or brownsburg. The food is always fresh. And unlike Wendy's everything I want to order is usually there. The lines move fairly quickly at the drive thru and the food is always good.Food: 4/5

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The BEST white castle around. Be polite and be patient and the sliders shall cometh. These ladies know how to hold it down! S10 guy

Great customer service, food was delicious!

What do you expect it's going to make you s*** yourself. And they always forget one of your sides. Last time they forgot my mozzarella sticks and I couldn't go back to the drive-thru because it was so long they locked the doors and turn their phone off even though they were still open and serving peopleFood: 2/5

Slowest service ive ever seen for a fast food restaurant that wasn't even busy at the time and food still somehow came out cold. You'll run out of gas from a full tank waiting in this drive through.Food: 1/5
