Metal in my food?! Was not expecting to find a metal twist tie in my food, but glad I caught it before I started eating. There are multiple shard pieces throughout the bowl? Someone had to have noticed this while making it, it seems very careless and almost intentional. Not only that, but why are the chip bags almost empty?!! I can see the bottom of the bag before even eating any of them. Complete rip off! Wasn't expecting attempted murder and robbery this early in the day.

We were totally disappointed in the catering service from the Chipotle location at Avon, IN. We ordered Triple Protein for 60 people for an event. They delivered the food with one container of chicken with a bunch of spinach which wasn’t in the menu. There were also no black beans, Fajita Veggies and no sour cream. I tried to call the store, but it was impossible to reach them. When we did reach someone, they said the driver left a box in the store and then asked me to send the driver back to the restaurant so that she could deliver the box. The driver had already left. They shouldn’t have even waited until I called, they should have been responsible and sent the box immediately without me having to call them. We had to wait an hour for the rest of the food to be delivered to us. They just ruined our schedule for the event.

So we are learning that our local Chipotle is amazing. Why you ask. Every time we go to another Chipotle they don't have things like veggies, or others things that you generally order. Slow. And not apologetic which is salt in the proverbial wound.Food: 4/5

I have enjoyed Chipotle for a long time. The last two times I have watched the portions go down considerably. Today I watched as I got half scoop fulls. While scooping the young lady literally would shake off what use to be a normal scoop to half of what I got before. Extremely Dissatisfied with this

This has been the 3rd time in the last 6 months I’ve been refused service here due to store issues. Once I showed up during open hours and they were closed. Another time came in they were open but already put up all the chairs and the whole store smelled like bleach and they had no rice/very little meat so we left. Yesterday we came in and they couldn’t service us because their system was down no cards, or cash payments. The team member was very rude in telling us the system was down. I’m always let down when I visit this store, and not sure what the management is doing.

This place is seriously struggling. Not quite 7pm on a Saturday night and they have locked their doors and are only taking online orders? There are people sitting inside eating right infront of me. After several other quirky closed times over the last few months, I will not be doing business here again.

I was attended by Andrea and was the worst visit to chipotle. The host was so rude all the time, I think that she wanted to close early and she doesnt like customers at 21:08. Also, the chipotle store don't had fajita, lettuce, corn and steak. She doesn't asked if I wanted my ordet was for to go or eat in the restaurant, just put everything to go. I don't want to return anymore to that store, the host was horrible.

I’m not sure what was going on at that restaurant yesterday Rockville Rd around 7-7:30 PM. The plan was to dine in but they were out of chips, out of hard shell tacos, unable to give change AND the restrooms were closed. While paying for our food there was a lady complaining to the manager that her family spent $82 on orders and they were all wrong.

Use to eat Chipotle at least once a week, but lately every time I go to different stores in different parts of the city, they're always out of 1 of the ingredients. I've been told out of lettuce, corn, tomato salsa, chips, but the last time it was fajitas. My wife only eats veggie bowls and without fajitas there's not much.of a veggie bowl. It's awful funny that the restaurants seam to be out of different ingredients quite often, but they never offer to reduce the price to compensate for what you're not getting.
