At the drive thru yesterday afternoon 8/29 I ordered a whopper with extra lettuce this is what I got. It was absolutely Disgusting!!! Manager was at window #1 looked like he needed a shower and very unfriendly. Been coming here for years and it's going down hill !! They lost my business

The good..friendly, effective drive thru associate, really tasty, crisp, hot, seasoned well fries and the sandwich tasted pretty good the chicken patty was irregularly shaped. The bad...really poor assembly of the product and I'm pretty sure deluxe added cheese and bacon? Hard to tell as I wasn't given a reciept. Even so, I'd give em another try!

Visited this place on Tuesday afternoon. I placed my order and the price on the screen was $3.50 different than the price stated by the operator.I asked why and never got a definitive answer. I asked for the manager and was told by her that there was nothing she could do. At the window where I picked up my order I was given a receipt to check out. It was not what I ordered. Also the food was warm, not hot. The drink order was wrong. I ordered 2 drinks and got 1 straw. No napkins or condiments. Won’t be wasting my time there anymore.

This is an average BK. We come for the coupon deals. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes they are decent, sometimes the door is locked with no sign why. Sometimes they smile and look you in the eye, sometimes you hear yelling or complaining from the back. Food is usually hot and accurate. Prep does take awhile. It's relatively clean...most visits. It's not bad for a BK. It's just not great. Parking: Easy access parking, more than enough spots

My time to order was quick, but a line of 3 cars took north of 5 minutes to move at 9:15pm. My sandwich was cold and not good. The staff seemed more interested in each other than serving the guest by what I saw through the drive through window. I would like to hear from BK or you've lost my business.

The young man at the window was very kind and doing a great job, but the manager was very rude when I called about all my food being cold and old plus waiting for 20+ mins. I understand being short staffed but that's not my fault, so if I want a refund because I was unhappy I expect not be met with a rude manager. I wasn't blaming her or making it her fault at all, but the way she handled it felt like she took it that way, didn't even look at me or acknowledge me when I came back through for my refund, which is ultimately why I'm leaving this review. I hope she is talked to about how to handle these situations.

I asked for NO onions or tomatoes y'all still marked it off on the rapper and funny thing is the triple whopper supposed to had cheese on it but it did not ‍

Firstly started with going into the line we waited 2 minutes before someone took our order when she finally asked what our order was she asked us 3 × 2 repeat the meal it was literally just a sandwich add mustard and pickle large meal. No one in front of us. We waited at the window for 5 mins before even taking the money. Lady was rude having us the drink we said thank you dhe said nothing. Waited another 3 mins for 1 sandwich handed us the bad and didn't say anything WAS THE WRONG ORDER she handed us. Will not he back here

The past three times i have waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru. One time they parked me and i waited for 50 minutes at 3 in the afternoon. Employee told me they would no longer serve me because i refused to park today. There wasn't any other cars behind me in the drive thru.

Waited in the drive thru line, ready to order and the other line had 2 cars one who was currently ordering when I pulled up, then they take the next persons order. After waiting nearly 5 minutes, I was finally able to order. Got two bacon cheese burgers and one 8pc nugget and a small coke. Got my total, pulled up to the window. The one girl asked what I got, so I told her. I paid my total and waited. I waited almost 10 minutes in total for my food. During that wait after I paid, another male employee walks up and asks me to pay a different price for a different meal. It’s just ridiculous the lack of organization and consistency that place has. When I got my food, it was all there but cold. I am done with the Avon Burger King, it’s a disgrace.
