Ordered 2 burger meals and a roast beef sandwich meal to be delivered. Said they were out of 1 of the burgers. Received order and was missing 2 whole meals, one of which was a roast beef sandwich. You're Arby's, how do you not include what you are known for and don't even offer to swap out the burger, you don't have, for something else? Has had horrible service here the last 3 times. Definitely won't be back!
Val was such a kind drive thru worker. It was such a pleasure to come through and be treated so kindly. Food was awesome, thanks Arbys & Val
I know staffing is hard for businesses these days and I greatly sympathize to a point; where I draw the line is flopping on basic social responsibility by a restaurant to put out something one wants to eat. I’m getting my appetite back in the middle of Covid isolation, and my first Arby’s Wagyu burger without tomato seemed like a bright spot. What I received was crooked slop with tomato pitched in a wrapper; the burger center was mealy compared to its edges, and I moved through a share of napkins while hoping not to get gut bubbles later. Everybody has their stories of fast food gone wrong. I just have to say who is ok with giving what’s in my included photo to the public? Apparently, attendants at the Avon Arby’s. Have we sunk so low that exchanging hard-earned-inflated money for trash is no big deal? Automation in this industry can’t come fast enough. I suppose one of my purposes writing this particular review is to warn customers: take the slight inconvenience and check your drive through order. On the flip side you’ll have to gridlock back through line. Especially since no dining room service was available today for those who would be able to access. While I’ll eventually eat at Arby’s again, the Wagyu burger is a burned bridge. **just a follow up to Arby’s response: I filled out their “We Make it Right” form per their request. They responded with an Email apology and promise of some sort recompense. 2 weeks later, I received a standard apology letter and gift card for free meal.
Ordered a super roast beef combo and the sandwich had hardly any roast beef. This is the second time in four months I had a horrible excuse for a sandwich from this location. I love Arby's but this location definitely needs some training on how to properly make a sandwich. If anybody reads these reviews please offer a helping hand. The Arby's off of exit 95 at the Loves is awesome every time but this location needs some work!
I wish they would slice the roast beef at the time of the order like Arby's used to. It definitely tastes better than slicing and having it sit around. They need to clean the dining room more often.
Food was good but the manager tonight kept scratching his crouch like he was getting a weggie out or something. He kept doing it in the window. Going away from the window and still proceed to bag food. I will not be coming here anymore. And I love arbys.
Place was very clean and the cashier was very pleasant. Our food was piping hot and served relatively quick for an Arby's. This location and the one in Lebanon, IN are our favorite ones to visit.
Picking up a DoorDash order from this location. The sign outside said that the dining room was open so I parked. Two employees saw me, ran to the door and locked it before I have a chance to make it there. It was 10:30 in the morning. I go through drive thru for the order and waited another 20 minutes for the order that should have been done a while ago. When I finally got the food and drove off, I noticed several employees in the dining room eating meals. Kind of ridiculous, will be declining orders from that location. It wasn’t even my food but I was also disgusted that employees were handling food without gloves. Service was seriously poor, super unprofessional.
Gave me a over flowing cup of a large root beer float when the lid obviously wasn’t on…poured all over the inside of my new car. I gave it back to the person and all they did was put the lid on, then handed me the sticky cup.
The staff was ok and friendly, the food was good and hot. There were a couple things out at the condiments bar but it wasn't a big deal.
