Went in to eat and the guy taking orders has the most dirty nasty hoodie on.. they had no lids for drinks and no napkins. Fries were cold but the chicken wraps were pretty good. They really could clean the store up.

I caved to all the commercial showing $5 Mac and cheese bowl and good review. The bowl itself was average and $5.99 at this location instead of $5 at the Brownsburg location which is the same distance from house. It was barely worth $5 definitely not $6, especially since mostly Mac and cheese and the chicken looked a little old and was dry. The service was relatively quick and polite, not a lot of interaction.

On Monday purchased a 12 piece bucket but got an 8 piece. Phoned to inform store of mistake but got only a busy signal. Tried for 45 minutes and still busy next day.food quality good but incorrect order.

Had there chicken sandwiches and they were extremely dry. It was like eating chicken jerky. They were definitely not fresh. Won't be going back!!!!!Food: 1/5

Disappointed because they don't have their buffet area open anymore. The csshier was really nice, was just expecting the buffet area.

Bye bye KFC. Chic Fil A is moving in and your finally gonna be gone. Your Store is VERY OUTDATED AND DIRTY.

I was s very pleased to find that there were cars in drive thru moving at a decent pace. We ordered our food and the order was right and hot and as expected. Excellent job!!! This place is at pre-Covid level of service.

Shannon the manager is amazing!!! Food is always fresh, she is always friendly, amazing customer service, she makes sure the customers get all the napkins sauces everything you jeed in order. Order is always correct fast, she goes beyond. We travel 20min to come to this KFC because of the service!!!

What in the heck happened to KFC? I don’t blame the employees. They were gracious. We ordered an 8 piece meal. Every bit of the meal was absolutely horrible. So bad we took 2 bites and had to toss everything. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. The chicken skin was doughy and gooey. The meat was like rubber. The gravy on the cold hard mashed potatoes tasted like corn starch with water. The biscuits were like rocks. A complete waste of money. I don’t leave negative reviews. Haven’t left one but this was awful. Colonel Harland David Sanders must be rolling in his grave. Shame on Yum! Brands. Do better. You shame the Colonel,
