Stopped here to get breakfast fast and use restroom. There was a sign that said I “needed to ask for assistance.” The woman informed me that “I had to buy food before I could use the bathroom.” So I did, urgently having to use the restroom while the woman made sure I ordered. Next time I’ll hit a gas station and skip the fast food altogether. This won’t hurt the business, clearly, but I don’t waste money at business with no common courtesy.
The person who got my order was clearly tired, the line was endlessly busy due to tacobell closing. Even though that, both people got my orders correct. No problems, nothing, everything correct, good atmosphere, nice people. Kid-friendliness: No cussing, Nobody harming anyone. Parking: N/A Wheelchair accessibility: N/A
Awful customer service. Problem with ordering through the app app charged for lunch order at 1040, location apparently doesn't start serving it until 1100, we were told to wait for the manager. Took manager 15 minutes to appear, and then he offered no solutions. FInally received kids meals at 1105 after waiting 25 minutes after a different worker came out to talk to us. Manager was not at all apologetic and implied it was our fault.
I don’t understand why this location charges for dipping sauce. When I asked she said the sauce is for the chicken nuggets it’s a condiment so if I order a fish sandwich with no fries you will charge me for ketchup ‘cause ketchup goes with French fries She just looked and said do you want the sauce I politely said no just to get back to work to find out my order is not correct and no ketchup for my fries
They make the best Caramel frappe. I was so happy!!! Finally a McDonald's that listens!!! When I say I want extra caramel this is what I mean. Thank you morning shift.
Wasn't aware of this one location that has customers mix there own shake. I figured they'd atleast add a spoon to mix. Fountain drinks from here only I guess.
Went through drive thru today and ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese. The burgers were still red not even pink inside. Had to toss them out no time to run back up and get them replaced, I'll take the 10 bucks spent as a loss. Ordered pizza delivery instead.
I don't eat here any more they have slimmed the burger Patty's so bad it's all bread and took everything that was close the being health out and then jack up prices... Nothing has changed!! Went in again tonight and they read back my order fine but when I got to the window the total was wrong the order was wrong we corrected it but next window we still got the wrong stuff, big shock! The best thing I can say about this location is that most of the staff is pretty friendly and when they make a mistake they try to fix it and keep you happy. That said...It doesn't matter what time of day or night you go to this McDonald's, even with 2 drive thru lanes it's quite possibly the slowest McDonald's on the planet. Last visit I sat in line for 15 minutes just to get to the speaker and place an order then waited another almost 10 minutes to get to the window and when I got there I was asked if I ordered and they read back someone else's order because the person before me had just paid for my order and been handed my drink. I'm sure this is a staffing thing and could be resolved if they could get more people hired. So I can't too upset with them.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon. When I got home it wasn't the quarter pound burgers and they were cold and dried out. These are supposed to be cooked to order. I tried to call the restaurant right away but no one answered. I called corporate number and left a message and no one called me back. I went to the restaurant today with my receipt to ask to have my sandwich replaced and I was told that I needed to have the sandwich with me. I would have gone back that night but it was pouring rain. I felt that manager stero typed me and assumed that because I'm black I'm trying to get over on them for a free sandwich. The managers decision not to replace my food and to request that I bring the bad food back was ridiculous. She lost a regular customer over $8.55 when she should have just replaced the sandwich.
