I stopped today and order 4 pieces, garbage! Trash! Absolutely I'll not stop anymore at this trash location. All 4 pieces you gave me was from last week, 'cause the meat were dry after put in oil twice and cooked it. Absolutely disgusting! I had to trash it when I arrived home! Disgusting that's all I can say about it! I'll never ever stop at this trash hole... I'll not take down this review since your service and food are so poor! Photo attached enjoy!

The service was not quick even though I placed mobile order. The sauce on chicken wings was not enough and not coated properly. The quality of chicken was bad.Food: 1/5

This is actually the best Popeyes I've been to since opening here in Ohio hands down. Food is fresh, staff is professional and the food comes in more than a timely manner. I drive past another Popeyes to get to this one.Food: 5/5

This location is very busy. You have to pack your patients if you choose drive through services due to the long wait time to submit and receive your order. You would be better served to go in and purchase your order with the Customer Service Worker directly. This will decrease your wait time. If you place an order double check it. I have had either missing items or the wrong item for some orders placed. When you need to correct your order be sure to have your receipt This will make the process of correcting your order go smoothly. I will laced an order for the Spicy chicken sandwich. The sauce was just the weight amount and very tasty. The chicken appeared to be a little pinked in color in the middle of the sandwich. I also ordered a 3 piece white spicy white meat with Mac and cheese with an extra biscuit. I enjoy the honey on the biscuits and the spicy chicken was crispy and spicy. The Mac and cheese was good just not enough. The portion was too small for my liking. I will go back to this location during the off peak busy time of day… lunch and dinner. Due to the wait time.

They left out the 2 biscuits we added to the order but charged us for it. Tenders and fries were soggy, probably pre made and kept under the food warmer for quite a whileFood: 2/5

I ordered ahead. I pulled around. I waited over 30 minutes because spicy chicken takes longer to cook? I’m not sure what they were doing, 9 people working when I finally went inside to look for my order. And the DT was empty for several spans of time while I waited. All for an 5 piece and 3 tiny chicken strips? Absolutely the most horrible Popeyes to go to, and far from my first bad experience here. I’m glad one is opening in Easton soon -> hopefully they do a better job

I've been to this location twice and both times my order was made incorrectly somehow the same way. I ordered a large spicy blackened bacon & cheese meal with no pickle. I received a normal spicy sandwich with pickles, a small fry, and a large drink. This was consistent both times. I don't like paying $14 for a $9 meal. I will not be returning to this location.

This place was awful . I went inside to get a family meal. On my way in, an employee passed me going out. As I waited in line, I observed the terrible service to customers. The lady behind the counted acted like we were an inconvenience and as if she could barely move. But the real deal breaker was the employee I passed on the way in came back and went straight into the kitchen ... no washing hands, no gloves. Just started THROWING chicken into a box. Didn't show any care about the preparation of other people's food. He dropped a piece onto the counter beside the box and just threw it back in with the rest in the tray. It was disgusting to watch. Needless to say, I left and will never go back there again.

Stopped here for lunch and it never disappoints this is always good way better than KFC the service was a little rocky there was no one in there when we went in and there seem to be a few ppl on their phones but our order was not wrong so that was a plusFood: 4/5

Nice and very busy Popeyes at this location. Their crispy chicken are always hot and fresh and can be spicy upon request. Good mac & cheese and their biscuits are always hot and fresh. Parking on the sides of the building. Nice and friendly staff. Prices are decent.
