I usually do not complain, however, I must say I was so disappointed with my Spicy Chicken, Fries and Sweet Tea Drink Meal. I finally got home to sit down to enjoy my Wendy's meal and watch a great movie, as I picked up my sandwich to take a bite I happen to look down at the wrapper with the Wendy's face. I then notice black specks on the paper. Therefore I looked at the bottom of my sandwich and in shock saw a burnt moist bun. I was a little upset however I took everything back to Wendy's and requested a refund since I now had lost my appetite. The manager was nice about it and returned my money. As for now I will not be visiting Wendy's and have decided to cook my meals at home. So sorry that happened.
I came in order a 4 for $4 with a crispy sandwich add cheese and when i checked it it had no cheese asked for it to be fixed the manager already had am attitude. Then when given the fixed sandwich they added tomato on it with shredded moldy cheese so i go up again grossed out and annoyed, she then is being real short and honestly not being polite just plain rude then she gives me a plain one back. By far the worst experience ever!

Outside Wendy's sign has been broken for a long time. No parking lot lights. Employees are very helpful and friendly Parking: Very dark and hard to see directional lines on ground
Lots of drug addicts hanging at the entrance's, inside as well. Cashier was a delightful young lady which is why I gave the one star.
Ordered on the app for this location. Drive Thru employee on the speaker found my order and told me to pull around. Got to the first window and two employees could not find the order and told me they couldn't give me my food. I left without my order. I later found that they charged my card for the order. I contacted Wendy's Customer Support online. They gave me a $2 credit on the app, that I can NOT use with other offers so it is worthless, and told me the store would have to refund me. Two weeks later and multiple emails informing them that the store has not refunded me, I am disputing the charge with my bank. I am done with Wendys. They do not value their customers.
HORRIBLE Service. Do not roll the dice with this location. ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT. I have been turned away at 11:45 when they are supposed to be open til 12. One interaction here was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I placed my order and noticed that both of my combos did not get input into the order correctly. No big deal since the cashier told his coworker what was supposed to be on it. Well, after returning home I open up the sandwiches and both of them are wrong Not what I ordered OR what was shown on the receipt. I drive all the way back there to get the problem fixed. The employees visibly could not care any less about the fact that my order was screwed up, or the fact that I drove 20 minute round trip and waited an additional 10 minutes for my food to be remade properly. On top of that they could not be bothered to offer so much as an apology or even accepting any responsibility for the mistake. I watched multiple other customers experience problems with their order and at least 4 people straight up left the line because of how slow they were. To this day I have never been contacted with any problems I reported here.
I am from the south and in the south when giving the order they are nice and let me have some time, but the guy that took my order made me feel like I was wasting his time because I didn't know what I wanted. Today I do not know what my mom wanted and I was decided between two things and he seemed a little short with me. But the food was good.
Ordered online and when I got there 15 min later my food wasn't ready! I also ordered no salt on my fries so they had go be remade and then they still had to be remade because they put salt on them again! I ended up getting a refund and going elsewhere
The lady at the drive through could barely hear me so I had to repeat my order several times. The line to just get to that point was rather slow, and once I got to the windows the interactions with the employees were non-existent at best but it felt like the young man that handed my food to me was glaring at me and he didn't return any sort of greeting which left the impression that we were inconveniencing him. As bad as it was, my friend riding with me confirmed that this was the best service he's witnessed from this location. At least the food was good?
