These people are great...I don't mind waiting as long as things are correct when I get home.. they get my vote for most helpful McDonald's employees! I have 3 small kids, so I'm there a lot they always greet with a smile and do their best to fix anything misunderstood in our order. I always special order, and I worked as a server long enough to know that every order doesn't come out perfect ..these people always make an effort and they almost always get it right ,
Waited as long as a sit down restaurant in the drive through, told me they were out of what I wanted, settled for something else then waited close to 5 minutes with no response even trying to talk a little myself. After pulling up to the window, claimed that I was trying to place an order at the window and that I need to go back through and order through the speaker like I just did, took close to 30 mins for the whole process and ended up making me late to work for no reason with no breakfast, and from other reviews looks like this McDonald's seriously has needed new management/maybe new gear for awhile, I'd recommend driving extra to a different McDonald's for sure.
It was very late, kids love McDonald's for the first time in years i enjoyed the freshly cooked nuggets. Didn't like we had to get back in line for our 3rd order they only take 2 orders they were crowded but kids were hungry so again i enjoyed the hot nuggets. Kid-friendliness: Only food for kids thats my opion. McDonald's has let go since my days. It would always be my last choice
Terrible customer service. The clerk shorted me a sausage biscuit and claimed I did not order it but the ticket said I did. The manager was very rude and seemed irritated to help us. Then she lectured me about me getting a free refill because my once used cup by me could not be refilled. I called 2 other Birmingham area McDonald's on the spot and was told that they DID give free refills in store dining which we did. After I told the manager that she did do a free refill but commented to my wife "Jesus it's just a cup of drink". The food was good so I'm telling it like it is. Great food but terrible service. I noticed that there were hardly any customers inside the store after our experience there today we can understand why and will not return.
Sat at the order box in the drive through for 20 minutes after they said hold for a moment. No cars in front of me in line for the past 15 minutes. Finally pull up to the window and she wants to argue that they have been taking orders. They didn’t take anyone’s until I pulled up to the window. And they still weren’t taking orders from the outside line I was in because after I left and went to KFC next door I spot the yellow tow truck that was behind me in line pulling off from the order box.
Just left from that McDonald’s! First off no one was in the line…they told us to move around the side while we wait for our food. Sat and waited behind another line of cars that were waiting for their food to also be done. We sat for a while and finally got our food only to realize they never gave us the nuggets from my kids meal I’m NEVER going back to this McDonalds! EVER! Horrible service and lazy workers!
The worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s, I went yesterday around 1:45 to get an order off the app, I placed a single item order and my wife placed one on her account, they were too incompetent to figure the orders out then argued with me about my order when I had a receipt with all of the information confirming it was that location and just placed. I only got half my order and was argued with by the “manager” that I wasn’t getting the rest because it hadn’t “come through”. I had every bit of information needed and they argued over a sandwich that was less than $2. As a restaurant manager, that’s ridiculous and I may never go to a McDonald’s again.
It take 10 minutes to make 2 sausage eggs and cheese mcmuffin and the attendant came to me and said what was you ordered .I can believe. 3 time bad service
You are going to wait a long time for your food; however, the food is at least good and hot. I care more about the quality and temperature of the food than the time it takes to get it.Food: 5/5
I just left on Jan 28th around 6:00 and the best service and the nice lady that took my money was smiling and professional. Food was on point.
