My hamburger was dry and mashed badly and the bread was not fresh. This is not how one of the most known fast food restaurant should be preparing a burger this aweful like this one. Also my French fries was not fresh and dried out. This was on Sunday August 14, 2022 at 4pm
They lady at the drive thru window was really nice but when I received our food which it was super late after midnight, the fish filet sandwich was so hard and the bread was old. I asked for a remake and they did it but it was just as worse. Drove back to the window since the inside was closed and they ignored me. Lol … I am like ok. Is this what we doing? Since it was my birthday, I wanted to go to splurge and this wasn’t it. Made a complaint with the corporate or owner but no response. Won’t ever go back. My husband & I just didn’t eat anything.
Order was not correct when we received it. Elizabeth up front was awesome in resolving the issue. We could tell she genuinely cared and wanted to make it right. 5 stars because of her.Food: 3/5
Best hamburger that I have had in a while from this location. The sandwich was hot, the bread was fresh, and the meat was tasteful. I also experienced a very courteous drive thru service. Signed - A Happy Customer
Sat waiting for a curbside order for 20+ minutes, then they forgot my drinks and were supposed to be going back for them, waited another 10-15 while my food got cold before I had to go in and get the drinks myself. Food was so cold by that point it was hot when they brought it out that it was virtually inedible.
My autistic grandson really wanted the car toy in his happy meal. The woman who waited on us said that they didn't have it but she would look. To our surprise she took the toy out of the display case for him! I wish I had got her name, she just made his day!Food: 5/5
I can't rate the food because we never got any. We waited at the speaker box, and no one ever came. So we pull up to the window and the cashier who was talking to us with her mouth full of food, refused to take our order because "they ain't but 2 of us and we havin' to do it one at a time" So we left for the Green Springs store with screaming kids begging us not to leave. Night. Mare.
I dont like waiting 12 minutes for strawberry cream cheese pies late night, at the Greensprings location, sometimes will leave and go to Lakeshore to get the pies
We only ordered coffee and the service was good, but the coffee tasted a little bitter.Food: 4/5
We were the only ones in line trying to get 3 sweet teas still took them like 5 mins to come take our order and another 5 to get us our drinks I don't know what they were doing but they weren't taking care of their customers
