My experiences with McLean Bus Services has been very pleasant. Yes, there were 2 times when the bus broke down and the trip was delayed; however that happens with any form of transportation. I have found his operators to be knowledgeable and extremely courtesy with the exclusion of one of his lady operators. Whenever she drives, I refuse to ride the bus. I just wait for another time. Mr McLean has always demonstrated a professional demeanor and he takes great pride in the services he offer. No one is 100 %perfect, however I would rate this company 95% perfect.

Terrible experience! I was a guest on one of their buses going to The Virginia Gold Cup. The bus departed and had to pull over because of an over heated engine 15 minutes into the ride! Apparently they did not inspect this bus very well before it was sent to pick up customers for a service we paid a lot of money for. The bus pulled over another 2 times on the way to the event. We were over a half an hour late. On the way home the same thing happened. After pulling over again several times we were forced to drive the rest of the trip home at 35mph with the flashers on. It was miserable! I would not recommend this company.

I didn't get on their buses, but I almost got ran off the road by one. He was speeding and cutting other cars off at 2:00am. He failed to put his turning signal on and if I didn't brake in time, he would have crashed into me. Ironically, the back of the bus said "small enough to see you". Their answering staff is not very friendly either. When I called to complain, the lady seemed to have an attitude problem. It didn't sound like she would do much about it.
