I started training with Jason as part of the Team Up training program he began. Our training was twice a week at 6am. It was quite a stretch for me to get up that early as I am not a morning person and find it difficult to be cordial at that hour.
After the first week I began looking forward to the 6am workouts (which is pretty huge for me). Not only were they producing results, I was feeling better during the day and left feeling an overall sense of accomplishment and joy. That's quite an accomplishment for someone who hates mornings!
After about a month of training I went to the gym to lift weights and stood in front of a mirror. I grinned ear to ear when I saw definition in my arms! It was at that moment I knew without a doubt that Jason's morning workouts were not only having a positive effect on my emotional well-being but my physical well-being as well. Jason truly wants to help those he trains and works to individualize the program to meet specific needs.
I would recommend Jason to anyone. He not only has the knowledge and skills to do his job with excellence, he also truly cares about each of his clients. That's a combination you don't find often.

I love this facility and everybody that works there. The facility is a great place to get personal trained and also to come into work out outside of your appointment. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and after taking a couple of sessions their, it’ll feel like you’ve been friends for a long time. I came to them to lose fat and build muscle and that’s exactly what I’m getting. They built me a great workout and nutrition plan to help me get exactly what I desired. Jason is training me, but any of the trainers that work there would be fully qualified to do the same.

My spouse and I have worked with Graham for the last three and one half years. In that time we have seen an improvement in our physical health as well as mental attitudes. We just feel better after we have worked out and that feeling stays with us. Through the direction of Graham we have both improved our stamina, balance, coordination and strength. Graham has designed exercises that have been beneficial in areas where we have had injury and wear and tear on the body through aging. He is careful that the exercises cause no harm and does not expect you to work through damaging pain. That being said he does push hard enough to cause at times minor sore muscles-the kind of soreness that makes you feel good about your effort. Graham is patience in that if you are not ready for an exercise, he finds an alternative that you can do to reach your goals. He is knowledgeable about the body and what it takes to stay healthy and repair physical damage that can be improved through physical training.Though careful yet demanding workout, Graham manages to make the process fun.

Medical Fitness Pros is an amazing place! Jason is a very cool and helpful guy. Since I had played Ultimate Frisbee with Jason in the past, he knew exactly how to diagnose my injury when I ended up pulling my groin muscle in the middle of the summer. This injury put me out of the game for two and a half months before I finally went to Medical Fitness Pros and did therapy. After 4 weeks I was in great shape and back playing like nothing had ever happened. :-) Jason was very knowledgeable and encouraging. The staff there is very friendly as well. Also, the place is always VERY clean and the equipment is in tip top shape. After I was done with my therapy, I was given a set of workouts to do on my own, that way I continue to stay strengthened and won't re-injure myself again.
I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has an injury to be fixed! Worth every penny!!

I've got the chance to work with Jason for a couple months now, I focus on bodybuilding and lifting some serious weight along with a very active working environment. I had a issue with my lower back and knees bothering me after work days. Being that I'm only 23 and i was unable to preform Deadlifts at all in one point of my journey this was a huge issue for me, I came to see Jason and over the past Six months if not more he has lead me in the right direction into getting back into a major lift. I am currently able to lift 300lb on a deadlift and couldn't be happier that i do not have any back pains or knee issues. He is a great guy and very understanding to each situation and able to make time for me when i have a issue! I always make sure to refer people to him and know they will always be satisfied!! 5 STARS!
