Simply the best in Austin. I train with Krista Bergeron and have gotten great results-I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. Even though I work hard- really, really hard, due to Krista’s motivational energy and the gym's positive, inviting and supportive atmosphere, I have a great time and leave with a smile on my face. I am also the a parent of a young athlete who has been working with Sierra Nevels on strength and athletic conditioning. Not only does she have a blast with Sierra, she’s learning the fundamentals of safe, strong and effective movement and injury prevention, and is improving her athletic performance and confidence as well. Highly recommend!

Sierra is professional and really knows her stuff! Every training session is customized for my specific needs and it’s never boring. I’ve only been working with her for a little over a month and I’m already feeling stronger. If you’re struggling with your fitness routine and not sure where to start, I highly recommend contacting Sierra today!

Could not recommend this place enough. Great people and they work well around injury and towards personal goals. I train with Brendan Morr. He's got great energy and really helps balance me out. I'm a bit low energy, so having someone hyped up and excited to train me is great. He has a great variety of tools to work with. Able to train body building, casual, athletes, power lifters, and rehabilitation. He's done time under tension (super slow), circuit training and targeted training for individual sports. For a while my only goal was skating better (skateboard) and we'd do primarily jumps and leg exercises. I started primarily focusing on weight loss and overall strength training a year back. I lost 30+ pounds while adding significant muscle. I've seen Brendan's clients get sculpted and toned or stay fit and healthy depending on their goals. This is a great gym where everyone cares.

Austin Simply Fit is a great place for people who have busy schedules and prefer a customized and personal gym experience. I have trained with several coaches at ASF and they each have been great! Recently I have been training with Theo L. I highly recommend working with Theo! He is willing to customize my workout differently as my goals evolve and always encourages and pushes me to improve. Each session is unique, so I have never felt bored with his workouts.

My husband and I love ASF. Sierra makes our workouts challenging and fun. She keeps us motivated to keep getting stronger. Highly recommend her and ASF!
