My experience with this gym up until today was great. Very clean,friendly people. The owner I think with the blonde hair and British accent was very upset at me today for using a step master for a HIT session as I seen many others do the same. She approached up to my face while I was on the machine. Yelling and very angry saying i was using the machine in a matter at which she didn’t condone. She was so close to my face that her spit got into my eye. Very very disrespected you don’t treat a customer or get into anyones personal space ever. I totally understand she was up set. she could have said “ please do not use this machine this way” without being in my face or spit in my eye. I was very polite and apologized. Sadly after going home and thinking about what had happen. I decided to cancel my membership she canceled my member and I told her if there is any issues with the machine I was using I would replace it. I gave her my information. Other than this issues the gym and everyone else who works there is great and very friendly except for her.

The gym is very family oriented. The staff has been great. Highly recommended!

BEST GYM IN TOMBALL! Clean, awesome staff and equipment is always kept up with! They even have a supplement/smoothie shop attached!

The best run gym in N. Houston. Great equipment. Good people and excellent environment. Equipment maintained very well, and facilities (gym, lobby and restrooms) are always clean.
