They have the best coaching available for kettlebell anywhere in the country. Coach Vyvial and Coach Gorman have an incredible wealth of knowledge and they draw on it to effectively teach people of all sorts of backgrounds to become efficient, technically sound kettlebell lifters. Since starting with them I've hit PRs in every lift, increased my rank, and improved immensely on my technical understanding of lifting kettlebells. Oh, and I've lost body fat, gotten stronger, improved my cardio and muscle endurance, and gotten more flexible. Seriously. The best.
