Fit for Life  has been one of the best decisions  I've  made. The 1st I  joined I  lost 60 lbs, went from size 38 jeans to 32 within  5 months. These personal trainer's issue a diet plan and then you pick how many sessions you'd like to have. Price, you should not put one on your health and well being for you will pay more by going to the Dr.  .....Nate is Hall of fame trainer for getting the best results done with anyone  that comes in. You have to be accountable ,willing to take instructions and working out. I have seen lots of people who have had awesome transformation journeys and lots that just wanted to workout with no diet and of course equals  no results. Thanks Nathaniel Dilworth and staff  and  Fit For Life Family!
