This urgent care has the best staff. Young lady greets you with a smile. Young lady took my vitals very nice. Special thanks to Talia J. listen to me and cared about how i felt. When leaving everyone still the same when i came in said their good- byes. You will absolutely love this urgent care. You Guys Rock!!!
Easy online booking and was seen on schedule. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable allowing for a quick and efficient visit. Prefer this location over their one on Washington for sure. Plenty of parking as well.
TLDR: I came for help and in pain and I left in pain and crying. I have never been treated so rudely by a care provider and I will literally never go back. Go elsewhere if you can! I came in immediately after a fall concerned my foot was broken. I was seen by the medical assistant quickly, but they inaccurately noted my right foot needed an xray instead of my left which meant I had to wait another 5-10 minutes in the exam room. After getting an xray the doctor came in my room and told me she couldn’t see a fracture so there was nothing to do. Her bedside manner was so rude, she acted as if I was a nuisance and out of line looking for care. My two bloody knees were not treated, I was provided a boot only after a terse conversation with the doctor and was given zero instruction for care for the sprain she diagnosed me with. No information on how to care for my foot, no mention of rest, ice, compression or elevation. No acknowledgement of my pain, nothing about taking any over the counter pain medication or staying off the foot. Literally nothing except the aircast which she didn't think would even help. Turns out I DID fracture my foot, right where I thought. I found this out from reviewing my chart a week later, I didn't receive any communication the diagnosis had changed. Again, no information on care, or even the prescription they sent to my pharmacy which I only found out about when I went to refill my routine prescriptions. I'm deeply upset that I had to pay for a wrong diagnosis, zero care, and no guidance on what to do with either diagnosis sprain or break. On principle I don't write negative public reviews and instead try to resolve my issues directly without public shaming. However, my experience with this doctor has been so poor and the lack of response through the hospital's feedback channel leaves feeling like I need to share my experience publicly.
Beware! They now want you to give them a credit or debit card to put on file. That's not the bad part though. They will have you sign an agreement you never read allowing them to debit $250 when they choose should your insurance not cover your visit. Remember in this day and age they know by computer what your part will be. Also recently I have had a doctor's office wrongly bill me when my visit was covered 100%. I had already paid a coinsurance so they were wrongly trying to get more money when they in fact owed me a refund. Meaning if you enter into a contract allowing a provider to debit at whim when they want and they incorrectly bill you, which I am seeing alot lately, they are taking money you so not owe them. And getting it back will not be easy. Every since Go health merged with Memorial for the urgent cares their service has suffered and it's no longer being run with honesty. Demand to get in print anything you are asked to sign for. Never take anyone's word for an explanation.
I went to this urgent care recently while I was experiencing abdominal pain and nausea. Reserving a spot to be seen was quick and easy online, check in was efficient, and I found the medical staff took their time to listen to my medical concerns and were responsive, kind, and compassionate. I would absolutely return if I had another medical issue appropriate for an urgent care.
Everyone at this location is always very friendly and helpful. We love that we can "save our spot" online and we are usually in and out in less than an hour.

Wow! Easy to get an appt right away & online- didn’t even wait 5 min before seeing great professionals- nice, explained everything, ordered meds needed. Wonderful x-ray tech too. This is the place to go!!

I would absolutely come here again. Making the appointment online was so easy. Everyone from check-in, to taking my vitals, and the nurse practitioner...all of them were all so caring. They made me feel as if they knew me and they truly cared for me.
