Memorial Hermann Urgent Care Washington Avenue

Going to the urgent care to start with isn’t a very fun experience, but this place has amazing service and helpful and friendly personnel. Kevin especially was super accommodating, I’m grateful I went here!

They got me in right away. Nurse Shantel was super nice and helpful. Dr. Melincoff did a very thorough assessment. Sat down and listened to what was going on with me. I felt heard and took great care of me. Always a great experience here.

I took my son in 20min before closing time and they took him in without hesitation. Tbh i can say its been one of the best urgent cares I have been too.

If you want to wait 2+ hours to be seen go to this place. Even if you have an appointment you still won’t be seen on time. Better off going to a different urgent care. CareNow will get you in at your appointment time.

I always get good care here but it’s crazy slow. Even when I’ve made online appointments, I still wait 30 min in the waiting room and another 30 min before I see the provider. Disappointing.

Thank you so much to the staff who were super kind, caring and understanding. They went out of thier way to make sure my 3 year old Autistic son was comfortable. Who helped calm a stressed out momma. You guys are awesome!

My son fractured his wrist, and they got us in right away we did not have to wait long at all. We were in and out and about an hour. The service is wonderful and the doctors and nurses or just absolutely wonderful and patient. I highly recommend this place.
